— Our Process

Facts first. Every vehicle, every time.

Three non-negotiable steps before any car reaches our listing: independent inspection, documented service history, and a fixed price that holds at transaction.

/ How it works

Three steps. No exceptions.

Step 01
Step 02
Step 03

Independent inspection

Documented service history

Fixed, transparent pricing

Cars without a verifiable service record are not offered for sale. Ownership history, scheduled maintenance, and prior repairs are confirmed before a vehicle enters our lot.

Every vehicle is assessed by a certified third-party inspector before listing. The full report — mechanical, structural, electrical — is attached to the car's page.

The listed price is the transaction price. We calculate what the car is worth based on condition and market data — not on what a negotiation might yield.

• Third-party verified

The report travels with the car.

Inspection findings — pass, advisory, or fail — are published without edit. Advisories stay on the listing so you arrive informed, not surprised.

Every report is issued by an accredited third-party firm with no commercial relationship to Richmond. Their findings are theirs alone.
